Dr. Grenier graduated summa cum laude from LSU in Baton Rouge with an undergraduate degree in biochemistry. He earned his medical degree from LSU in New Orleans, where he was elected to the Aesculapian Honor Society and the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He completed his internship and ophthalmology residency at Ochsner and was recipient of the Outstanding Ophthalmology Resident Award.
