Dr. Niemann completed a three year medical and surgical residency training program at the Southern Arizona Veterans Health Care System in Tucson, Arizona. His residency included surgical training under the direction of many of Arizonas leading Podiatrists, and Foot and Ankle Orthopedists. He attended the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, Illinois where he was conferred the degree Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM).
