Overview
Dr. Payne earned her medical degree from Mercer University and completed her residency at East Tennessee State University. She received her undergraduate degree in biochemistry from Berry College and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Dr. Payne has a special interest in children in the foster care system. Prior to joining Piedmont Physicians at Thomas Crossroads Dr. Payne was with East Tennessee Status University Pediatrics.
