Overview
Creating long-term relationships with families has been my goal for my primary care practice. I enjoy being able to see multiple family generations. These relationships provide insight into the challenges that family members have when dealing with medical issues. They also tend to provide clues to obstacles that may impede a patient's ability to have or maintain their wellness. I am thankful that I have been allowed the opportunity to work for Duke in my home county of Alamance. Although I love to travel, coming home to family and friends is where my heart belongs. I enjoy living in the community with my patients. My patients are not just patients, but are the people in my community that meet me in the grocery store, fix my car, cut my hair, and teach my kids. They are important people in my life and I desire to see their health thrive.
