Overview
Dr. Morris has been a family physician since 1989, with an interest in all areas of health, occupational medicine and workplace care in particular. Board-certified in family medicine, he sees patients ages 7 and up at Saint Joseph Medical Group – Primary Care.Dr. Morris said he was inspired to become a physician by “a yearning to help others.” In treating his patients with humankindness, he said, “If I can’t fix you, I can still make you smile.” He chose to specialize in family medicine because of its variety of medical problems.Dr. Morris holds a degree from St. Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia; and earned his medical degree and completed his residency at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.Outside of work, his interests include writing and music.
