In my free time I enjoy many forms of physical activity, such as running, hiking and long walks. I’m also passionate about incorporating mind and body activities into my daily health routine and regularly practice meditation and yoga. Good nutrition is an essential part of my life, and I enjoy cooking or baking a healthy new dish on weekends. I also love relaxing with a good book and spending time with my family and friends at local restaurants and community events.
