Dr. Ready is a member of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and is Chief of the Orthopaedic Oncology Service. In this role, Dr. Ready treats cancer patients with bone and soft tissue sarcoma, as well as patients with metastatic bone disease. He received subspecialty training in this field at Massachusetts General Hospital and Children’s Hospital Boston. He is an intricate member of a multidisciplinary treatment team that includes Medical Oncologists, Radiation Oncologists, Pathologists, Radiologists and other Surgical Subspecialists.  Patients may be seen at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital or at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. In addition to Orthopaedic Oncology, Dr. Ready has specialty training in reconstructive arthroplasty surgery of the hip and knee.
