Dr. Braucher earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia and completed his residency at the University of Arkansas. He received his undergraduate degree in biology from the University of Georgia and is board certified in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Hospice and Palliative Care.Dr. Braucher has been practicing medicine for 32 years. Prior to joining Piedmont Physician Group, Dr. Braucher was a member of the Athens Regional Physician Group. He has historically been in private practice as well.In his spare time, Dr. Braucher enjoys spending time with his family. He enjoys landscaping, canoeing, hiking, and swimming. Andrea R. Miles, M.D., is board certified in internal medicine and pediatrics. Dr. Miles received her medical doctorate from the Ohio State University College of Medicine. She completed her internal medicine and pediatrics residency at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio.She graduated with honors from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN with a Bachelor of Science in Biology.Dr. Miles has over 10 years of healthcare experience with extensive knowledge in diagnosing and managing a variety of patients with acute and chronic illnesses. She is board-certified with the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Pediatrics. She is currently accepting patients ages six and above. Dr. Miles has a special interest in caring for families. She is interested in helping each family member meet his/her individual health goals. She enjoys treating adults for preventative care as well as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia. She also likes caring for children with well child exams and sports physicals in addition treating the common cold.Dr. Miles is married and has two sons. In her free time, she enjoys reading, listening to music, walking and attending her children's sporting events.
