""Let’s Get Healthy Together"" is the 2013 theme for the First Annual 5K Run/Walk With Your Doctor. Physicians, particularly family practitioners, often recommend to their patients to live healthier lives. But some practitioners do not heed their own words. At Tilghman Medical Center, in Allentown, the physicians practice what they preach. All of the physicians are exercise enthusiasts and adopt a healthy lifestyle.
