Kevin M. McElligott, MD, is a fellowship-trained cardiologist with Atlantic Medical Group. Board-certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease by the American Board of Internal Medicine and in echocardiography by the National Board of Echocardiography, he maintains certifications with the Board of Nuclear Cardiology, American Board of Cardiovascular Disease, National Board of Echocardiography. He then advanced his training with a cardiology fellowship at the University of South Florida College of Medicine, Tampa.Prior to joining Atlantic Medical Group, Dr. McElligott served as an assistant professor in the division of cardiology at the Medical University of South Carolina. He has been published in peer-reviewed medical journals and presented at national conferences. He is a participating provider of the Atlantic Accountable Care Organization.
