Overview
I have spent the majority of my years living in North Carolina, however, I spend my childhood in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. I was born in Pakistan and my family migrated to Quebec when I was two years old. At the age of 11, my family moved to North Carolina and this became my new home. I chose family medicine as a career because I love getting to know people and enjoy the relationships I develop with my patients and their families. I also enjoy the variety of medical conditions I see in family medicine. I also have a passion for traveling, including doing medical mission trips and have done several including trips to Zambia, Haiti, and the Dominican Republic. Other than traveling in my free time, I enjoy painting, music, dancing, and days out on the pool or the beach.
