Todd Willcox, MD, is a board-certified plastic surgeon specializing in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. Chad Bailey, MD is an ABMS Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who earned his Bachelor of Arts from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon, followed by a medical degree from The University of Texas at Houston Medical School. He completed a six-year Plastic Surgery residency at the University of California Davis Medical Center, as well as a one-year fellowship in complex reconstructive and microvascular surgery at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. Dr. Bailey trained under the world’s leading experts in breast reconstruction and aesthetic surgery and, as a result, specializes in cosmetic surgery and DIEP flap breast reconstruction. He will also combine or "stack" flaps to provide the optimal volume for an aesthetic reconstruction. Dr. Bailey’s philosophy of care is patient-centered, focusing on informing his patients of all of their options so that they may consider the full spectrum of alternatives. Because of his training, Dr. Bailey is able to offer many different alternatives that may not be available to patients elsewhere, especially breast cancer survivors. Jonathan Hutter, MD, is a board-certified plastic surgeon who performs cosmetic and reconstructive procedures of the face and body. Dr. Hutter continues this long affiliation as clinical associate professor and site director for the UW residency program.
