Overview
After seven years of full spectrum OB-GYN care in private practice, Dr. Jenni L. (Gillespie) Groves is now limiting her practice at Medical Clinic of Houston, LLP to clinic-based gynecology in Houston, TX. Dr. Groves is a board-certified OB-GYN who cares for adult women, ages 17+ in Houston, Texas. While she has found much joy in delivering babies, she is excited to focus her career exclusively on gynecology & women’s health. She provides comprehensive care of women from menarche to menopause and beyond. In addition to routine preventive care, she specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide variety of women’s health care issues including contraception, hormone replacement therapy and alternatives to hormone therapy. She will provide, if needed, endometrial biopsies, IUD placements & removals, nexplanon placements & removals, colposcopy, in-office biopsies, and in-office incision & drainage procedures during patient appointments.
Dr. Groves wants her patients to know that she is excited about focusing on improving the lives of women. With this focus, patients will enjoy the benefits of increased dedicated time for discussions and counseling regarding their gynecological concerns which are often complex and multifactorial. She approaches healthcare from an evidence based, whole person and holistic perspective. She believes in the importance of a team-approach where patients and their care team work together towards health & wellness goals and treatment plans.
