There’s a great shortage of urologists and I wanted to help fill that gap, and because of my dad I’ve always been fascinated with the genitourinary system. But beyond that, what greater service could I perform than being the same kind of physician who cared for my father when he needed it most? My dad is actually a patient of our practice, and I see this as a great honor and a way of giving back some of what he’s sacrificed for me. His experience also allows me to deliver empathetic and pragmatic care because I empathize with what patients are going through. | Community involvement | I’m a Lehigh Valley local – I was born here and brought up in the Coplay and East Penn school districts, was an undergraduate at Lehigh University.
