Dr. Lily Avgustovskiy
Overview
Lily Avgustovskiy, FNP-C, works alongside Dr. Ruslan Soldyshev in nephrology and Dr. Christopher Fukuda in urology. Lily is an experienced nurse practitioner who has treated patients since 2014 in a variety of specialties, but most recently, nephrology. She strives to advocate for her patients and support their needed aid for positive outcomes in treatment. Lily earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at East Tennessee State University in 2012. She graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama in 2014. Since moving to Great Falls in 2016, she has practiced in different specialties at a local healthcare facility to hone her skills as a nurse practitioner, including the urgent care setting and an employee health clinic, before discovering her passion and accepting a position in nephrology in 2019. Prior to her nurse practitioner career, Lily also worked as a surgical technologist and registered nurse. In her free time, Lily enjoys spending time with family and exploring Montana. She is an avid hockey and football fan.
