Overview
Joseph B. Davis, D.O., FACOG, is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN) as well as reproductive endocrinology and infertility (REI). Dr. Davis completed his residency in OB/GYN at Akron General Medical Center in Akron, Ohio. From there, he trained in REI at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City.
Prior to joining SGF, Dr. Davis was the Medical Director at Cayman Fertility Centre in Grand Cayman Island. Dr. Davis has also served in numerous academic positions throughout his career and contributed to many peer-reviewed journal articles. His research interests include endometriosis, genetics, and diminished ovarian reserve. Dr. Davis is currently on the board of the UK-based Endometriosis Foundation.
Dr. Davis provides patient care at SGF’s Orlando location. A self-described “eternal optimist,” Dr. Davis believes that giving patients the tools to make confident and empowered decisions about their care leads to the best possible outcomes.
In his spare time, Dr. Davis loves reading fiction, enjoying good food, and spending time with his family.

He is also a maker and enjoys creative projects involving 3D printing and electronics — hobbies that merge problem-solving with hands-on crafting, offering him both relaxation and a fulfilling way to express his creativity.
