Dr. El-Kadi is vice chairman and clinical professor of neurological surgery at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and serves as chief of neurosurgery at UPMC Passavant. Matt El-Kadi, MD, specializes and is certified in neurological surgery by the American Board of Neurological Surgery.
