Erik Cohen, MD, FACS Erik Cohen, MD is the Medical Director of Head and Neck Oncologic Surgery at Morristown Medical Center and is also Clinical Director of the Leonard B Khan Head and neck Cancer Institute at Morristown Medical Center's Carol G. Simon Cancer Center. This includes cancers of the mouth, throat, larynx and HPV-associated oropharynx cancer. He completed his surgical internship at The Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, and his residency at the Barnes-Jewish Hospital/Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, MO. He also completed a fellowship in head and neck surgical oncology, microvascular surgery and Trans Oral Robotic Surgery (TORS) at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. After completing his fellowship, he joined the medical staff at Dana Farber Cancer Institute/ Brigham and Women's Hospital/Harvard Medical School in Boston.
