He then attended St. Louis University, where he majored in biology while minoring in philosophy and theology. In college, Dr. Conoyer was inducted into the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa and Alpha Sigma Nu Honor Societies. He graduated summa cum laude in 1999 and was selected for early admission to the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in Nashville, Tennessee. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Vanderbilt in 2003. After medical school, Dr. Conoyer continued his medical training at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where he served his surgical internship from 2003-2004 and his residency in otolaryngology—head & neck surgery from 2004-2008.
