As an undergraduate, I first gained my interest in medicine and surgery while volunteering on international mission projects in Myanmar, Thailand, Dominican Republic, and Haiti. I returned to Columbus and completed medical school at the Ohio State University and my surgical residency at Mount Carmel Medical Center.I moved to Wisconsin in 2008 after completing my training.
