At times surgery is necessary. But if I can treat the patient without surgery and alleviate their pain, then that is a win for the patient and that makes it a win for me. | Why I entered medicine | I have always enjoyed the sciences. My father is a dentist, and I always enjoyed watching him care for patients. As long as I can remember, I always wanted to be a physician. My job is exciting and never boring.
