Mark Jackson was born in Robstown, Texas, and has lived in the DFW area for the past 35 years. He attended the University of Texas at Arlington as a biology major before receiving his Bachelor of Science degree and physician assistant certification at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas in 1991.Since graduation, he has spent the majority of his career working in the field of adult general cardiology, with some internal medicine background working with a hospitalist group.
