Meredith G. Garrett, M.D., is a breast and general surgeon at the Kimmel Cancer Center at Sibley Memorial Hospital, and a surgical consultant to the U.S. State Department, providing surgical consultation for diplomats both in the United States and overseas. Dr. Garrett specializes in surgery for benign and malignant diseases of the breast; breast ultrasound; minimally invasive breast biopsy; benign and malignant diseases of the colon; and laparoscopic and minimally invasive surgery of the intestinal tract, hernias and spleen.
