Overview
Dr. Ashley Williams is an Atlanta native and alumna of the University of Georgia, where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Health Promotion. She holds a medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia and is a member of the Dean's Clinical Honor Society. During medical school, Dr. Williams held an active role in clinics for under-insured, BIPOC, and LGBTQ patients. She then completed her residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Emory University and received the Resident Award for Excellence in Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology.
Dr. Williams prioritizes the doctor-patient relationship and values providing patient education in an inclusive and non-judgmental space. Her clinical interests include general and high-risk obstetrics, adolescent gynecology, gender-diverse/transgender care, contraception, and gynecologic surgery.
Dr. Williams lives in Atlanta with her husband and two dogs and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.
