Overview
Dr. Kamyar received his undergraduate Bachelors and Masters degrees from California State University, Dominguez Hills in Carson, California. He then earned his M.D. degree from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. Following this, he completed both his Internship and Residency at University of California in Irvine, California. He then did his Nephrology and Hypertension Fellowship at the University of Colorado in Denver, Colorado. Dr. Kamyar is board certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology. He has been on the staff of Ochsner Clinic Foundation since 2004.
