Dr. Manish J. Dave is the Director of Blood Disorders and Hematologic Malignancies for the Hackensack Meridian Health Central Region. He is an experienced, full-time physician who is triple board-certified in internal medicine, hematology, and medical oncology. Dr. Dave sees patients at JFK University Medical Center. He has a strong academic foundation and treats patients with a variety of conditions related to malignant hematology, solid oncology, and benign hematology. His career opportunities have allowed him to present numerous cases at weekly tumor boards and serve as principal investigator for clinical trials. Dr. Dave is involved with clinical research (focused on malignant hematology) and he has a multitude of peer-reviewed publications. He is actively involved in teaching medical students and housestaff through clinical rotations, serving as a preceptor, and presenting PowerPoints at Journal Club, Morning Report, and Noon Conferences. He has held a number of leadership roles in the past. Dr. Dave served on the Cold Agglutinin Advisory Board for Sanofi Pharmaceuticals, and he is currently on the Speaker Bureau for Sanofi and Merck. He has presented his clinical and basic science research at renowned national research conferences (including the ASCO and ACP annual meetings). He has been a clinical speaker for Reblozyl at Bristol Myers Squibb. Dr. Dave has been a speaker at a multitude of national medical conferences. Dr. Dave's philosophy is to treat every patient as he would treat his own family member. He strives to provide the best and newest available therapies for his patients. He has extensive experience in procedural skills, including bone marrow aspirates and biopsies and peripheral smear review.
