Philosophy of care | I treat my patients as I would my own family members or how I would want to be treated. I realize different life experiences and backgrounds mean not everyone has the same ideas about how to handle a disease. I will do my best to inform and guide you in a medical treatment plan that works for you. | Why I entered medicine | I cannot think of a more exciting way to work with people from all backgrounds and life experiences. OB-GYN allows me to work with you through some of the most trying – and triumphant – moments of your life. I love hands-on medicine and thoroughly enjoy the fast pace and sometimes chaotic nature of obstetrics and emergency GYN surgery. | Community involvement | I enjoy outreach through the Center for Women's Medicine. | Personal interests | As a Colorado girl I love skiing and hiking and everything the mountains have to offer. I am also an avid traveler. If I’m not at work, you can guarantee I'll be on a flight to somewhere around the world. I also enjoy global cuisine and cooking, as well as playing the harp and piano in my free time.
