He has worked on multiple asthma studies funded by the National Institutes of Health, including a study of structural genetic variation in childhood asthma and another that leveraged clinical, genomic and environmental data to investigate the molecular determinants of suboptimal asthma control. He is the author of more than 140 peer-reviewed publications, is a founding member of the EVE Asthma Consortium, and serves on the editorial boards of several allergy, asthma and genetics subspecialty journals.
