Dr. Solomon received her bachelor's degree in biochemistry from Harvard University and her medical degree from the University of California, San Francisco. After her internship at Stanford, she returned to UCSF for her residency in ophthalmology. Dr. Solomon completed her surgical retina fellowship at the Wilmer Eye Institute prior to joining the faculty. Dr. Solomon is a member of the prestigious Miller-Coulson Academy of Clinical Excellence at Johns Hopkins.
