Dr. Dietz is committed to delivering cutting edge clinical care, as well as providing patients with access to experimental therapeutics and discovery programs. Dr. Dietz's research efforts include team science approaches to better understand the biology driving cancer progression and treatment resistance with a focus on translating this work into new therapies. He is a member of the Huntsman Cancer Institute's Experimental Therapeutics Program and actively involved in the development of early phase clinical trials through multiple cooperative consortia including the Children's Oncology Group, The Sunshine Project, the Pediatric Oncology Experimental Therapeutics Investigator's Consortium, and the Pediatric Early Phase Clinical Trial Network.
