Dr. Fernandez joined Geisinger’s Department of Orthopaedic Surgery in 2011 after completing her fellowship in pediatric orthopaedic surgery at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.|Her clinical interests include pediatric sports medicine, scoliosis, trauma and general pediatric orthopaedics. Dr. Fernandez’s philosophy of individualizing care for her growing patients has won her the hearts of parents across Pennsylvania.|Dr. Fernandez has authored numerous scientific articles and book chapters and presents nationally and internationally on her unique subspecialty.
