Overview
Samuel Holmes, MD, is double board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation, and pain management. His goal is to provide comprehensive, integrative, multidisciplinary care to include medication management, interventional procedures, education and guidance to better understand and transcend the complexities of chronic pain.
