Overview
Dr. Romrell is originally from Salt Lake City, Utah. He earned a bachelor's degree in Spanish from the University of Utah, followed by his medical degree from The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences in Washington, D.C. Following this education, he moved to Albany, New York to complete a residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at Albany Medical Center. Dr. Romrell chose to pursue a career in medicine as a result of his own experiences as a patient.
�I understand intimately the challenges that can arise in cultivating and maintaining health. As a patient, and now a provider, I have come to appreciate the value of evidence-based medicine in delivering safe and effective care. Through individualized application of the evidence, I aim to enable patients to build a meaningful and durable approach to their health.�
As a med/peds provider Dr. Romrell enjoys caring for complex patients of all ages. He is also passionate about building a culture that disrupts the current trend in physician burnout. When not at work, Dr. Romrell enjoys getting outside and staying active with his wife and kids.

St. Vincent - Hospitalist
A 4th generation Denver native, Dr. Scaff attended the University of Colorado at Denver for undergraduate school before earning her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Parker, Colorado. Dr. Scaff completed an Internal Medicine residency at Parkview Medical Center in Pueblo, Colorado before moving back to Denver and joining an internal medicine practice.�As a physician, I enjoy teaching and will always work toward the goal that every patient and/or their family understands their current medical situation, and feels that they are taking an active role in their own healthcare and decision making.�Outside of work, Dr. Scaff is passionate about dogs, yoga, traveling, her little dog, family and friends, NFL football and the Denver Broncos. Dr. Foley completed her undergraduate degree at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She stayed in Ohio and earned her Doctor of Medicine at Wright State University in Dayton. After medical school, Dr. Foley moved to Denver, where she completed an Internal Medicine Residency at St. Joseph Hospital. She spent the next two decades working in the Denver Metro area and Colorado Springs. In 2020, Dr. Foley moved to Billings, Montana, and began working for St. Vincent Healthcare. A dedicated physician leader, Dr. Foley�s clinical interests include geriatrics and investigating and solving challenging clinical conditions.�As a provider, the patient is always in the center. They are my �Why.� I work to know each patient as an individual person.�When not seeing patients, Dr. Foley spends her time with her husband, their daughter, three dogs, and 16 chickens.
