Dr. Kathuria received his medical degree and completed his radiology residency training from Pt. B.D. Sharma Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences in India. To understand the impact of diseases, their prevention and cure at broad population level, he spent two years pursuing a masters in public health at University at Buffalo, SUNY.
