After completing his residency at Mayo School of Graduate Medical Education in Rochester, Minn., he completed his fellowship at Geisinger Medical Center.|As the team physician for D1 teams at Bucknell University and D2 teams at Bloomsburg University, Dr. Jacobs is also a soccer and hockey coach for local youth teams. In his free time, he enjoys scuba diving, trail running and playing soccer, hockey and golf. He is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
