Dr. Laura N. Sciaroni

Dr. Sciaroni is a Bay Area native, growing up in Marin and graduating from Tam High School.  She obtained her B.A. from U.C. Santa Cruz in 1992.  She graduated from Medical College of Wisconsin in 117 with an M.D. and did her intership and orthopaedic residency at U.C. Irvine, completed in 2002.  Dr. Sciaroni expanded her orthopaedic training with a Sports Medicine fellowship at the Lake Tahoe Orthopaedic Institute completed in 2003.  She has been in practice in San Francisco and Daly City since 2003, focusing her practice on sports medicine and orthopaedic surgery.  Dr. Sciaroni is Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery.  To serve patients throughout the Bay Area on various insurance plans, Dr. Sciaroni maintains staff privileges at St Francis Memorial Hospital, California Pacific Medical Center, and Seton Medical Center, and as well as Pacific Heights Surgery Center and Campus Surgery Center .When out of the office, Dr. Sciaroni can usually be found somewhere on Mt. Tam or the Marin Headlands, hiking or riding her road bike or mountain bike.Dr. Sciaroni is an expert in the diagnosis and treatment of orthopaedic and sports medicine injuries and conditions. She focuses her practice in sports medicine and general orthopaedic surgery.Dr. Sciaroni is committed to helping her patients maintain a fulfilling and active lifestyle, employing rehabilitation plans, the surgery when necessary, and state of the art technologies.
