Nicholas Vaudreuil, MD, (pronounced vo-dray) is an orthopedic surgeon with advanced accredited fellowship training in sports medicine, including hip arthroscopy, at Kerlan-Jobe Institute in Los Angeles. During his time in fellowship, Dr. Vaudreuil cared for professional as well as Olympic, collegiate, and high school level athletes. Dr. Vaudreuil served as assistant team physician for the Los Angeles Dodgers and Los Angeles Rams, among other professional sports teams in the Los Angeles area. He served as team physician for Loyola Marymount University's NCAA D1 men's and women's athletics. Consistent with his athletic background, he is focused on returning athletes to full function after hip, knee, shoulder and elbow injury, and surgery. She has special interest in injuries unique to the female athlete, diagnostic and interventional musculoskeletal ultrasound, and non-operative treatment of musculoskeletal injuries of the shoulder, elbow, pelvis, hip, knee, and ankle including chronic tendon disorders. Her goal is to involve patients in their treatment plan, provide individualized care and return them back to their desired level of activity. Dr. Charboneau is one of few physicians in the area to offer TENEX – a breakthrough technology for the treatment of chronic tendon pain.Dr. Charboneau grew up in Missouri where she completed medical school and her PM&R residency.
