Eric D. Levens, M.D., FACOG, received his bachelor of science degree with highest distinction from Indiana University-Bloomington. He then pursued his medical degree at the University of Texas Medical School at Houston and went on to complete his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Florida.
