This case report discusses a child who child had percutaneous device closure of the sinus venosus defect (SVD) prior to vein of Galen malformation (VGAM) embolization. Nine years later, he required surgical removal of the sinus venosus defect device and Warden procedure due to progressive right-sided cardiac enlargement.
