Dr. Batugal obtained his medical degree from Far Eastern University Dr Nicanor Reyes Memorial Foundation in Manila, Philippines, and completed his internship and residency at the University of Nevada School of Medicine in Las Vegas. He is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
