Dr. Allison A. Mcowen

Dr. Purinton is a gynecologic oncologist, or a doctor who specializes in diagnosing and treating cancers that are located on women’s reproductive organs, like ovarian cancer. He completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Johns Hopkins Hospital, and his fellowship in gynecologic oncology at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Dr. Purinton also holds a doctor of philosophy degree in physiology.
