Most Urachal cancers are adenocarcinomas (cancers that develop from gland cells). Most individuals with Urachal cancer have symptoms of with hematuria (blood in urine). Other symptoms may include abdominal pain, a palpable abdominal mass, mucinuria, and bacteriuria.
