Alexandra Erdmann, MD, is a UW Health Kids pediatric cardiologist. She strives to serve as a constant source of comfort and support to patients and families throughout their journey.Dr. Erdmann’s research focuses on determining early risk for coronary artery disease in people who have undergone repair for coarctation of the aorta. This narrowing of the main artery causes the heart to work harder.Outside of work, Dr. Erdmann enjoys running, cooking, going to farmer’s markets, attending football games and traveling internationally.I want families to know that whatever challenge they or their child face, I will face it with them, and we’ll get through it together.
