Overview
I have always been fascinated by the heart. I worked in cardiology catheterization research for three years prior to physician assistant school. Cardiology was also my favorite subject during physician assistant school. I worked in urgent care as a physician assistant for four years prior to starting this position. I am looking forward to focusing on this specialty. I have always had an interest in medicine since I was young. My grandfather was a doctor, and I was able to see just how rewarding a career in medicine could be. Outside of work, I enjoy playing sports, spending time with my friends and dog, and watching Duke basketball!.
