He was drawn to geriatrics & palliative care because he found these specialties particularly well-suited for providing patient-centered medicine. He cares about expanding access to quality geriatric medicine to populations from diverse communities and backgrounds, as well as expanding access to outpatient palliative care to all patients with serious illness. In his free time, he enjoys being with family and friends, camping, hiking, watching foreign films, reading, and listening to music. Since moving to Ann Arbor, he has been picking up gravel biking, rowing, and cross-country skiing.
His clinical expertise encompasses Lewy Body Dementia (LBD), Opioid Induced Constipation, Cerebellar Degeneration, and Hypertension.
