Overview
I love practicing medicine, and the relationships I develop with patients are some of the most fulfilling aspects of my work. I am very passionate about helping patients navigate the very complex world of health and wellness. I want to help them find solutions that work and are sustainable for them in their lives. I often use an integrative patient-centered approach that includes nutrition and lifestyle modifications that can be coordinated with pharmacologic therapy when needed. When not at work, I enjoy running, cardio kickboxing, and yoga as well as spending time outdoors gardening and exploring the area with my family.
