Dr. Brad Snyder graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences from the University of New Orleans in Louisiana. He received his medical degree from Louisiana State University Health School of Medicine in Shreveport, where he also completed his residency in general surgery and served as chief resident. Following his residency, he completed a fellowship in minimally invasive surgery and bariatric surgery at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth) Medical School. Board certified by the American Board of Surgery and a Fellow of the American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery, Dr. Snyder has practiced medicine in Houston since 1998. He specializes in general surgery, advanced laparoscopic, endoscopic and robotic surgery and his clinical interests include bariatric and metabolic surgery. Fluent in Italian, Dr. Snyder believes in treating his patients, who are 18 years and older, as he would like to be treated. He utilizes cutting-edge technology to allow patients to recover faster and with less pain. Dr. Snyder currently serves as an assistant professor of surgery and director of clinical research for Minimally Invasive Surgeons of Texas at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth. He is the author of numerous medical articles and is a member of local, state, national and international medical organizations. Residents of Cypress, Dr. Snyder and his wife have five children. He enjoys Brazilian jiu-jitsu and playing the piano.

Dr. Todd David Wilson is an assistant professor of surgery at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston who focuses on advanced surgery of the abdomen and gastrointestinal tract. He graduated from the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry and then served in the United States Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer for six years. After three decorated tours of service, he found his home in Houston where he earned his medical degree from The University of Texas Medical School at Houston in 2003. He stayed at the university to complete his surgical residency training in 2008 and then completed advanced training with a fellowship of Minimally Invasive Surgery. Dr. Wilson joined the faculty at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 2009 where he practices surgery that embraces state of the art techniques to proved patients with optimal surgical results with the least impact on the patient. At the medical school, he serves as the Medical Director of Surgical Training and part of the Elective General Surgery team. He is active academically with membership in several medical societies and has received academic recognition and published or presented articles.
