Dr. Brian Domby is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine specialist with the Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic Institute. He specializes in knee and shoulder injuries, and his expertise includes: Sports medicine and arthroscopy Shoulder surgery Knee surgery Meniscus surgery and repair Joint preservation Cartilage restoration Knee ligament injuries and reconstruction Dr. Domby understands the desire to be active and competitive and is passionate about helping his patients get back to doing the activities that they enjoy. Dr. Domby’s Training Dr. Domby earned a bachelor's degree in biology at the University of North Carolina in Asheville, graduating cum laude. He received his medical degree from East Carolina University's Brody School of Medicine in Greenville, North Carolina, and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. Dr. Domby completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of South Florida in Tampa, where he served as chief resident in his final year, and his fellowship in sports medicine and shoulder surgery at the University of Colorado in Denver. About Dr. Domby Dr. Domby is board certified in orthopedic surgery and orthopedic sports medicine by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. His professional memberships include the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and NFL Physicians Society. He serves as a team physician for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tampa Bay Lightning, USA Figure Skating, USA Women's Hockey National and Olympic teams as well as several high schools. Outside of work, Dr. Domby enjoys soccer and cycling.
