Dr. Steen is diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and a fellow of the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons and the American College of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Steen enjoys teaching, and taught students and residents at Louisiana State University, the University of Washington and Swedish Medical Center.
