A native of Port-au-Prince, Haiti, Dr. Ellis immigrated to Naples, Florida, at the age of 8. She currently resides in Ashburn, Virginia, with her husband. In her spare time, she enjoys cheering on the Florida State University Seminoles. She also enjoys playing sports and being outdoors.
